Terms and Conditions of Quoll Finance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Quoll Finance ("the Site"). The Site, provided by Quoll Finance ("we", "us"), is a web-hosted user interface that allows users to interact with smart contracts deployed on the blockchain ("the Protocol"). You must read and understand these Terms in their entirety before accessing and using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Site and must cease all activity on the Site immediately.

IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS INCLUDE A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND IMPORTANT WAIVERS, INCLUDING A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. PLEASE READ THESE PROVISIONS CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND HOW YOUR RIGHTS ARE AFFECTED.

1. Nature of the Site

By using the Site, you understand that you are not transferring crypto assets to us; instead, assets are directly interacting with underlying third-party protocols. Please be aware that crypto assets that have been "bridged" or "wrapped" to operate on blockchain networks other than their native ones carry unique characteristics and risks.

2. Permitted Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your compliance with all such laws and for any tax obligations that may apply to your activities on the Site.

Prohibited Activities Include:

• Exploiting any vulnerability of the Site for personal gain or probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Site.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected networks.
• Introducing malware or other harmful materials to the Site or using automated systems (robots, spiders, etc.) to access the Site without permission.
• Engaging in any activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise illegal.

3. Wallet Security

Access and use of the Site require a non-custodial wallet, which allows you to interact with public blockchains. We do not have custody or control over the contents of your wallet. The security of your wallet, including safeguarding passwords and other authentication details, is your responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Site and its contents are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Compliance with Laws

You represent that accessing the Site is lawful in your jurisdiction, and you are not located in, nor a citizen or resident of, any country under U.S. or applicable sanctions.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Site after such modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quoll Finance and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Site.
